1. Who are we?

Alveo Selll is a trademark of the Compro en España S.L. Group, a company specialized in real estate services in Spain.
Our role is to connect real estate sellers and potential buyers, and to support them in the procedures necessary for the transaction.

We are neither a financial institution nor an investment consulting company: our mission is strictly limited to real estate intermediation and the administrative follow-up of sales.

2. Data collected

As part of our activity, we only collect the data necessary for the smooth running of a sales mandate and the completion of the transaction:
• Identity data (name, first name, date and place of birth, nationality, etc.)
• Contact details (telephone, email, postal address)
• Official and contractual documents related to the sale or purchase (mandates, property titles, identity documents, urban planning certificates, etc.)

3. Legal basis and consent

The processing of your data is based on:
• Your explicit consent, materialized by the signing of a sales mandate or a contact form.
• Our legal obligations, in particular with regard to the prevention of fraud, the fight against money laundering and the respect of fiscal and administrative obligations.

4. Use of data

Your data is used exclusively for:
• Verify the validity and completeness of the documents required for the transaction
• Facilitate the connection between sellers and buyers
• Ensure administrative and legal follow-up with partner notaries and lawyers

We do not make any secondary commercial use of your data (resale, prospecting outside the real estate context, etc.).

5. Data sharing and storage
• Your data is shared only with notaries, lawyers and, if necessary, the competent authorities in the context of the transaction.
• They are kept for a maximum of 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship, unless otherwise required by law.
• They are stored on secure servers that comply with the requirements of the RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation) and the LOPDGDD (Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales en Espagne) requirements.

In accordance with the RGPD and the LOPDGDD, you have the following rights:
• Right to access your personal data
• Right to correction in case of error or incomplete data
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
• Right to limitation of treatment
• Right to the portability of your data
