Can I sell with Alveo even if I’ve already signed with another agency?

Yes, as long as you are not bound by an exclusive agreement. We can work alongside other agencies or take over the sale, depending on your current arrangement.

Are your services paid?

Our services have no upfront fees. Our remuneration is based on the success of your sale — we’re only paid once your property is sold.

What happens if my property doesn’t sell?

We regularly review the strategy (price, presentation, visibility).If necessary, we adjust or pause the sale, always keeping you in control.

Does Alveo Sell also handle legal aspects?

Yes, we coordinate the entire process with the notary and assist you in preparing all the necessary documentation.

Am I notified of the progress of the sale?

You’ll receive regular updates and detailed progress reports throughout the sale, and you can contact your dedicated advisor at any time.

Would I have a single point of contact?

Yes. You’ll have a dedicated sales manager who oversees your project from start to finish, ensuring smooth coordination and clear communication throughout the entire process.

How does the first contact work?

Do you handle fiscal aspects?

Can I switch from the Classic to the Prestige package?

Yes. If we agree that a higher-end strategy would bring better results, you can upgrade at any time.

Do I have to be present for the viewings?

No. We organise the viewings for you, even if you’re not there.You’ll receive a full report after each visit.

Is professional photography included in the Classic package?

Yes. All of our packages include professional photos, as we consider this to be a quality standard.

What’s the difference between the Classic, Prestige and Express packages?
