Carmen and Lucía entrusted Alveo Sell with the sale of their late grandmother’s house — handled remotely, without stress or administrative complications.

Carmen and Lucía are two cousins originally from Alicante. Their grandmother owned a large family villa in Calpe, in the province of Alicante, where the entire family gathered every summer.
When she passed away, the two young women inherited the property in equal parts.
However, neither of them still lived in Alicante: Carmen now works in Gijón, in northern Spain, while Lucía is based in Málaga, in Andalusia. Keeping the house no longer seemed feasible — too many expenses, too much distance, and no way to manage it day to day. They decided to sell the property to turn the page and recover their respective shares.
Before starting, they were mainly concerned about the differences in legislation between autonomous communities.
Notarial procedures, local taxation, and document transfers vary from one region to another, and they were worried about making mistakes while managing the sale remotely from two different cities.
That’s when they reached out to Alveo Sell. From the very first call, their dedicated advisor explained how the team could centralise the entire process — coordinating with a notary in Alicante, arranging diagnostics, professional photography, property viewings, and full administrative follow-up from a distance.
